This contained 6 conditions
1. The U.S. Was now independent
2. Boundaries are established (Mississippi, Canada, Spanish Florida)
3. U.S. gained the right to fish on Canada's Atlantic Coast
4. The East side would repay debts
5. British would return any enslaved people they captured
6. Stolen property would be returned to Loyalists said by Congress

But even so, I regret running away because I lost land that once was mine but is not anymore; then again, I could of died trying to get it back. The Americans took the land that I owned; that's not fair.
