         <description><![CDATA[<div>Upon reading the article I found it very insightful and beneficial that research has come up with three specific practices that aide in college student success.  I really believe the most important one for me is teaching students to develop and apply their strengths because they will have more confidence in their ability to be successful in a rigorous college environment if some is investing in their strengths as opposed to attacking their weaknesses, as mentioned in the article. </div>]]></description>
