         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Hypothesis:</strong>&nbsp;<br><br>The amount of light will not affect the rate of cellular respiration in a non-photosynthetic organism.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Prediction:</strong>&nbsp;<br><br>If we expose the armadilidiidae to different levels of light to test their rate of cellular respiration, then we will see little to no change in their levels of cellular respiration (CO2 output).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We were correct in saying that light has little to no effect on rates of cellular respiration. Our graph shows that the amounts of light did not cause a change of C02 output. For the most part, our lines of best fit (slope) were close to flat. Some possible sources of error could be the probe, the starting C02 level, or the isopod movement among others.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Take a reading of the air without the isopods in the bio chamber for the control variable (should be around 300 to 400 parts per million).</li><li>Place the isopods in the bio chamber. Next, place the bio chamber under a shoe box so there is little light shining on them.&nbsp;</li><li>Take a reading of CO2 levels every five seconds for seven minutes (420 seconds).</li><li>For the medium concentration readings, cut a large hole in the box, so more light is shining in. Then, take a reading of the CO2 levels every five seconds for two minutes.</li><li>For the high concentration readings, remove the box entirely and take a reading of the CO2 levels every five seconds for seven minutes.</li><li>After obtaining the required data, compare the results for all the differing amounts of light.</li></ol>]]></description>
