- more frequent emails could be sent to the school population to update them on the progress of the work regarding their feedback, and also information on other congress matters in general
- more WOM pairs on duty so that issues can be solved more quickly
- even with improvements made in feedback collection, faster action has to be taken by the whole lead board
- a possibility is assigning one congress member to each class/every two classes so that the students would be more comfortable with the congress member and would be more proactive in providing feedback/raising issues

- setting up a qr code for feedback collection could work as it would be more convenient for most students (as compared to the inet platform)
- necessary to collaborate with more lead boards, for both feedback and for advice and solutions. also good to collaborate to work for other projects like AT work, because students may be more familiar with some boards as compared to others. there will also be more sharing of ideas.

- perhaps make videos/comics instead about WoM updates (and forum updates) and screen the videos during morning assembly (like what other boards have done). this way, the students will be aware that Congress is taking their opinions into account and working on it, encouraging them to be more active in giving feedback about the school.
- during Y1 orientation, put more emphasis on the congress forums and platforms, so that the Y1s know where to give feedback
- google forms for feedback every term/semester, to be filled out during CLE lessons by the whole class (individually)
- the QR code mailbox is a good idea. for more publicity, put them in classrooms. however, since students are unable to use their phones in class, they will not be able to scan the QR code, so a tinyurl link might be more effective, or even physical post-its (in more public areas like the cafe/expressions space)

- for the slt handbook, the information provided is not very comprehensive. it'd be easier to have a handbook that really guides (in terms of giving us specific information) us in what we do.
- the advocacy cycle isn't made known to the congress members (possibly just the y2s, but we're not sure). once the reports on TwCs have been done, we aren't sure of what progress is being made to address the feedback. it could help if a document containing information on new initiatives and general progress/deadlines is made available to congress members (and possibly the school).
- in the congress mailer, students could be invited to write issues about the world and share their opinions (yes, these issues are discussed in our subjects, but it makes it seem as if these discussions are reserved for formal education/scenarios); in general, the mindset of tolerating and being open to views for discussion should be created, and congress could really play a great role in fostering this.
