I was finishing up my student teaching in Geneva IL, and living at home with my parents in Elgin. Many of our dates consisted of looking for homes for Josh and discussing how to sell his current home.  He sold it for Sale By Owner and did so at 26 years old. He has always amazed me!  Thus, our love for real estate began. This passion continued as we continued to  look for our family lake homes over the next 12 years for rent for summer trips or to possibly by as an investment property. We almost invested in one 2 summers ago only to have another buyer swoop in and put in a better offer, we can only assume. Our love for real estate runs deep, and we look forward to our future careers as Realtors and Teachers. We believe it will be prosperous! Please join us on our adventure.
