Then, the farm was attacked by Jones, Mr. Pilkington, and Mr. Fredrick. Snowball tells the animal to retreat and they sneak attacked them. They were able to run them off the farm and after the battle the heroes were rewarded.

Napoleon took the puppies to train them, and years later he took them and ran snowball off the farm and no one ever heard from him again.The pigs started to really take control of the farm day by day. This led to multiple events including The Animal massacre.

As years passed, their workhorse (Boxer) started to get older and was already 11 Turning 12 in the summer, which is the retirement age on the farm. Before his birthday he got very sick, and Napoleon sent Boxer to the "hospital". The animals gathered around to say goodbye but Molly noticed it said slaughter house on the side and they all started yelling "Boxer get out they are going to kill you!" He tried kicking the door but the kicks were getting smaller and smaller until they stopped. Boxer was never seen again.

After the Boxer situation, everyone on the farm was getting old and dying. Napoleon was older, same with Squealer but they were out of shape also. One night all of the pigs started walking on 2 feet. Everyone shocked and amazed, the sheep started chanting "4 legs good, 2 legs better!"

A few days passed and all the animals heard noises of humans and pigs. They went to the house and saw the pigs and humans actually talking. Napoleon said that the farm wouldn't be called "animal farm" anymore but it would go back to the original name "manor farm".
