Thank you for being that friend that’s always willing to listen sa mga kwentong walang kwenta HAHAHA I’m really super grateful to have you as a friend through these years cause it’s hard to find someone as thoughtful and genuine as you are. Meeting different people has made me realize that it’s hard to find someone you can really connect with, but even when I’m having a hard time I never feel lonely cause you are always there to really listen and understand me and for that I’m very thankful. (oh ano kamusta ang pasipsip skills ko improving diba chz pero sincere naman ako <3) 

I wish you the best in all your endeavors (ahemlawschoolahem) and sana pagpalain ka na ni lord with chill profs. I’m always here for you and all your kwento (although please give me a one month lead time para sumagot HAHAHAHAH joke lang po. I am trying to improve naman promise HAHAHA). If kailangan mo ng someone to rant to or accomplice sa pagkulam, I am always g hahaha <3

Honestly, I can’t think of any words that I have not said to you nor feelings that I have not expressed to you. Just goes to show what you mean to me as a friend, you’re always there figuratively and literally (I mean bookmark ko yung letter mo that you gave me, so I literally think about you everyday cuz there’s a constant reminder LOL).

 

Also, I can’t think of any greeting and best wishes for you anymore because you know damn well that I only wish all the best that this universe has to offer to you, and I always make it a point to tell you this whenever I can.

 

You always tell me every time I greet you on your birthday that you feel like it’s nothing special, that another year just goes by, well regardless of if you truly feel that way or not, what I am 100% sure is that your birthday is special to me (and to the others who greeted here) because someone who I can’t imagine life without was born today.

I wish you a happy happy 25th birthday!!! I  can’t believe that it’s been 2 years since I last saw you huhu miss na miss na kita! I’m so thankful that we found each other in college even if it was towards the end, I’m still so grateful that you became one of my few closest friends in UP. I will always cherish our memories especially when we travelled to NY and China, I feel so lucky to experience this with you kasi di ko ma-imagine doing it with anyone else who is as adventurous and fun-loving as you are. 

We’re still in a pandemic and we need to constantly adapt to the changes around us but despite this extraordinary time I hope that you feel how much you’re loved and missed by your friends and everyone around you. Para sa akin you deserve so much more because after all, 25th birthday mo na pero we need to hold off muna but I promise and I’m hopeful na yung mga susunod na birthdays mo babawi tayo!!! 

I also want to let you know that even if we’re limited to virtual interactions nandito ako for you palagi. I remember telling you recently na napapa-message ako sa’yo when I feel overwhelmed because I feel happy kapag nakakapag catch-up tayo and nakukumusta kita. I hope you know that you can come to me anytime if you need someone to talk to and if you feel overwhelmed because aren’t we all? Ang hirap hirap mag-aral ng remote learning pero laban lang!!! Speaking of school, good luck and do your very best in law school. Alam kong kayang kaya mo yan. Don’t worry, sasamahan kita sa Canada sa 2023 for our next adventure.
