- lead was prepared with a productive agenda, and clear foresight
- we kept to the time agenda
- we want to come prepared with resources before units (not always needed, but when appropriate)
- time to share resources and THEN put them on Drive (more explanation)
- we want to set norms at the beginning of the year
- e-mail agenda and/or link on Monday nights for both CLTs (time to gather materials)
- team will look at agenda before CLT an initial at the top showing that they've looked it over
- reader and writing templates were very useful
- we want to come up with a template for math 
- we want to spend more time reflecting on lessons (plan in time at CLTs at the beginning t0 make notes on the lesson plans)
- calendars were helpful - calendars are LIFE
- we want to do some organizing/cleanup of Drive 
- we liked the FULL team commitments page
- we want to spend more time using the Reading Strategies book next year
- we want to spend more time planning math intervention (explicit); brainstorming sessions (chart paper around the room)
- we can unpack quickly, but we want to find ways to make it more meaningful
- want to spend more time examining post assessments in math (connect to intervention)
- we want to make more meaningful, strong math assessments for next year (we want to do more of our own, less Horizon)
- want more protected CLT time, options for times to do other professional development

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WANTS:
- math workshop (what does that REALLY mean?)
- resources for math focus lesson & small group
