         <description><![CDATA[<div>- productive, we knew what we needed to get done<br>- lead was prepared with a productive agenda, and clear foresight<br>- we kept to the time agenda<br>- we want to come prepared with resources before units (not always needed, but when appropriate)<br>- time to share resources and THEN put them on Drive (more explanation)<br>- we want to set norms at the beginning of the year<br>- e-mail agenda and/or link on Monday nights for both CLTs (time to gather materials)<br>- team will look at agenda before CLT an initial at the top showing that they've looked it over<br>- reader and writing templates were very useful<br>- we want to come up with a template for math&nbsp;<br>- we want to spend more time reflecting on lessons (plan in time at CLTs at the beginning t0 make notes on the lesson plans)<br>- calendars were helpful - calendars are LIFE<br>- we want to do some organizing/cleanup of Drive&nbsp;<br>- we liked the FULL team commitments page<br>- we want to spend more time using the Reading Strategies book next year<br>- we want to spend more time planning math intervention (explicit); brainstorming sessions (chart paper around the room)<br>- we can unpack quickly, but we want to find ways to make it more meaningful<br>- want to spend more time examining post assessments in math (connect to intervention)<br>- we want to make more meaningful, strong math assessments for next year (we want to do more of our own, less Horizon)<br>- want more protected CLT time, options for times to do other professional development<br><br><strong>PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WANTS:</strong><br>- math workshop (what does that REALLY mean?)<br>- resources for math focus lesson &amp; small group<br>- Responsive Classroom language (excited for Power of our Words)</div>]]></description>
