Jackson Allen Moss is a longtime Southlake, TX, resident who has overseen employee safety, health, and compliance efforts at numerous operations in the food and beverage industry. In his present position with Blue Diamond Growers, TX resident Jackson Allen Moss directs corporate risk and safety policies and programs at production facilities across the globe.

After earning his BS at Chadron State College in Nebraska in 1983, Mr. Moss gained early experience as a freight and coal train service conductor with the Denver-based Burlington Northern Railroad. He oversaw training and communications initiatives spanning corporate safety programs at various production facilities, and worked to defend lawsuits related to general liability claims and vehicle accidents.
