Each person should firstly focus more on the time management because we often ignore the time and lose balance of each person’s speaking time. Balanced speaking time can also give a chance for each members to fully express their opinions. Moreover, we should try to communicate in the mix two languages to avoid the misunderstand during the conversation and if there is something that the member do not understand just feel free to raise the hands or try to ask the question for more detail or repeat the explanation one more time.

グループ内で起きた（起きている）対立とそれを解消する方法

時々、言語の壁によってそれぞれがりかいしづらかった場面があった。そのたびにメンバーの誰かが助け舟を出して同言語の生徒のサポートをしていた。言語による誤解をより少なくするためにより円滑なコミュニケーションを心掛ける。お互いがゆっくり話したりわかりやすい単語を使う、確認する時間を作るなどの工夫が必要。

sometimes, we have language barrier and we didn't understand each other. Then, some members help same language students. we need to try to communicate smoothly not to misunderstand with language less. we also need to arrange like speaking with easy-understanding words each other and make a time to check about talking.

グループディスカッションの中でメンバーの多数が賛成をしている中で少数派の人たちが見えないプレッシャーを感じ、自分の意見を言えない。それをなくすためにどんな少数派の意見でも言いやすい環境を作り出すことが大切。ほかのメンバーはその意見を否定しない。それぞれの意見を隠さずに表現すべき。

When we meet the situation of where most members in our group have the common ideas, if other one or two members have their different opinions, they may have pressure to express it freely. In order to solve it, we should have a common idea in our group to express the ideas regardless whether or not  other people are agree. In most situations, we can discuss and keep both ideas.

一緒によるご飯を食べたり、ゲームなどの1つのアクティビティをすることでチーム力を鍛える。授業に関係ない個人的な出来事などを日々共有することで、より密接な関係を築くことができる。

In my opinion, I think the way to know each other more is by having a meal together and trying to do activities together.
