--Teachers who identify as Black will reflect on and investigate their mindsets towards anti-racist teaching that supports and uplifts Baltimore City Public School students
--Teachers who do not identify as Black will reflect on, investigate, and set intentions as co-conspirators for teaching that supports and uplifts Baltimore City Public School students
--Teachers will examine resources about developing the necessary mindset to support students in urban settings, particularly children in Baltimore City Public Schools
--Teachers will engage in critical conversations to shift their mindsets for more effective teacher practice
