Like read infront of a lot of people, i  always cry, because she makes me fell, that i read bad and totaly was a disaster. When i passing for some problem, and i can't control her, i start to shake and cry and i fell like i am a mess. Or when she makes me be rude with people that don't deserve, you know. But the worst in my opinion is when she put's in my head that i am a bad person, that i should shut up because everyone will judge me, that i am ugly, that i don't deserve what i have, that my dreams are so big and i never will get it, that i not going to be happy, that i make people sad, that i should study more because if i don't study i will not see my mom happy and prou and that i have to smile every time and be a good girl. And a lot of things that she makes me think. Maybe you are thinking that i just seeing the bad side of anxiety, but like, have a good side??
