         <title>Objectives - for the highest level, the objective includes all components (behavior, condition, criteria) and is student centered, that would be the highest.  There should be some evidence of rigor/cognitive level in the objective.</title>

         <title>For the highest level on the rubric, the lesson shows alignment in content and cognitive level.  For the highest, alignment in content means the knowledge and skills from the framework/curriculum/     competency. For cognitive level, lessons should show an appropriate match between the knowledge and skills and the rigor/cognitive level.</title>
