- The idea of a 'Hook', the hook helps pulls them. - Patience/Empathy. Understanding all students will understand these at different stages. (Extending and Enabling students.)
- Sense of humor. Students know they don't have to be on their toes, i.e. relaxed in clothes.
- Organised. Back up plans.
