         <description><![CDATA[<div>- That lesson introductions are very important aspect when setting the tone for the lesson.<br>- The idea of a 'Hook', the hook helps pulls them. The hook can help the students engage with what they will be covering in class right from the get go. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A teacher needs to possess certain attributes that will help them in their career.<br>- Good communication. Making relationships with the students.<br>- Interactive.<br>- Enthusiastic/Passionate. Showing them you care and are interested in them and what you are teaching. <br>- Patience/Empathy. Understanding all students will understand these at different stages. (Extending and Enabling students.)<br>- Sense of humor. Students know they don't have to be on their toes, i.e. relaxed in clothes.<br>- Organised. Back up plans.<br>- Give respect get respect.</div>]]></description>
