         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many reasons lead to obesity. Obesity is being overweight in a dangerous way. Obesity is a universal problem because it causes lots of health diseases. I decided to write about obesity because Kuwait has a high percentage of obese people. To begin with, unhealthy food is a cause of obesity. For example, eating unhealthy food provides the body with a lot of fat. Another example, fast food is mostly artificial and it has a high percentage of sugar and sodium. Furthermore, overeating is a cause of obesity. By overeating, the body gets calories more than it needs. For instance, When a lot of calories enter the body it transfers to fat. A final cause of obesity is a lack of exercise. Without exercising enough the body's metabolism gets low. Lack of exercise prevents the body from burning enough amount of calories. To conclude, the main three causes of obesity are unhealthy food, lack of exercise, and overeating.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Moreover, the nutrition clinic will tell you how many calories your body needs in order to lose weight healthily. The second step is to add fasting to your diet plan. Fasting for two days a week will help your body lose excess fat. Additionally, it will limit your calorie intake. Fasting for short periods helps your body to clean the kidneys. The last step is eating healthy food. Eating specific meals throughout your day will help you know how many calories you have eaten. Furthermore, low-calorie foods are essential in your diet if you want to lose weight.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;There are lots of possible solutions for obesity. One solution is by dieting for example cut off all fast-food restaurants because they contain lots of calories that you don’t need in your daily life style, your body will store this energy in the shape of fat and you will become obese. Another great solution is by exercising and burning all that fat you gained, you can go to the gym and train with professionals to get the most benefits, but if you don’t want to waste money you can simply go for a walk or maybe swim if you like. The last solution which I don’t recommend is sleeve gastrectomy. This is an operation where the doctor reduces the size of your stomach so you eat less food, but I don’t recommend it for normal people because it has lots of side effects, but if your obesity is abnormal then this is a good solution for you. In conclusion I think that exercising is the best way to lose weight, because it has no side effects and it is good for your body and health. &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Obesity is defined as the excessive or abnormal accumulation of fat in the body that risks the health of an individual. Normally, a person with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 is considered obese while a person with a BMI of 25 is overweight. There are many causes of obesity, one being poor diet. A diet with excessive calories predisposes the body to obesity. In Kuwait, a huge percentage of the population frequent fast-food joints where they feed on foods and delicacies with high calories and sugar. Lack of exercise and movement is also a leading cause of obesity. In Kuwait, the infrastructure supports physical movements, for instance the presence of roadside walking paths. However, most people prefer to be moved around by vehicles and other means even for short distances. Emotional factors also contribute to obesity. For instance, stressed people tend to eat and stay indoors more than the others, which increases their risks of being obese. Underlying medical conditions and pervious treatments also causes obesity in a small percentage of the population. These conditions include thyroid problems and cushing syndrome.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are plenty of negative effects from obesity. To begin with, being overweight will affect<br>your health badly. The fatty materials precipitated the closure of blood vessels, so you might get<br>a heart attack. Equally, obesity could cause 13 types of cancer and lead to high blood pressure.<br>Another negative effect is how obesity could affect your emotions. Overweight people feel like<br>they don't fit into society because of their size. As a result, they will face depression coupled<br>with stress. Also, it could lead to a lack of self-confidence. Lastly, most people who suffer from<br>obesity find it difficult to socialize with others. Socializing is hard for them since they always<br>like to stay at home and be stationary for long periods of time. Additionally, they will avoid<br>physical activities. To give an example, they will not go out with their friends or family. In my<br>opinion, I believe that obesity has a plethora of blowback on society, like lower health quality,<br>emotional problems, and social problems.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are multiple solutions to tackle obesity. The first and most advisable solutions is to eat a healthy diet and prioritize on few calories. This should be done consistently over a period of time for results to be seen, but it is worth the wait. Exercising is also a great solution for obesity. The exercises can range from weight lifting, running and sprinting, walking and other cardio movements. Even though most of exercising is done in designated areas such as gyms and training centers, introducing daily habits such as walking instead of taking a ride for short distances goes a long way. Obesity can also be treated through Bariatric and weight loss medicine, even though these should be strictly prescribed by a qualified physician. Other solutions for obesity include intermittent fasting and use of weight loss devices such as electrical simulation, gastric balloons and gastric emptying systems.<br><br></div>]]></description>
