Chapter 6 covers comparing fractions and finding fractions that are equivalent. We will complete the chapter before we head off to break. Lessons 6.1-6.4 will be covered this week as well as the Mid-Chapter Checkpoint quiz on Friday. Under “Homework Printables” there are notes and other helpful videos and tutorials for this chapter.


IXL Tracker CH. 6 is due on Tuesday Dec. 17, the day of the chapter test.

IXL is a program we use to reinforce skills we practice in class. Each skill must be done to 60 smart score or higher. Your teacher has assigned your student their own goal numbers. We mostly complete this work in class but sometimes it is assigned for homework.
