I think this is noteworthy because this helps with classroom management. The students can refer back to it whenever necessary if they forget what level 1 or 2 means. The school-wide expectations also help with classroom management because they help maintain the expectation in the student's minds. I would have the voice levels posted up in my classroom as well, I think I would maybe have something a little more visible to the students like a light or something that indicates which voice level should be used.

I think the students seeing the homework assignments listed our for the week and having a calendar next to it helps with classroom management. It keeps simple questions like "what's the date?" or" what special do we have to day?" from being asked 20 times a day. I would definitely have something like this in my classroom because I have seen a lot of benefit com from it.

This is the back table, it's used for small groups most of the time but it is also the area where students are called to work with the teacher or alone if they're having trouble staying on task. I would like to have an area like this in my classroom someday as well. I think calling on a student who is not on task to come to work with the teacher or moving them to be by themselves kind of sets a message to the rest of the class.

I like the idea of having the school schedule printed or posted somewhere in the room because this way the students know what we're doing next and how the day is supposed to flow. I would definitely incorporate this into my own classroom someday, I think it's a great resource for the students and for the teachers as well.

The vocabulary board is a big resource for the students. On this board, they have their reading, social studies, and spelling vocabulary words. They look at these words constantly and try to incorporate them into their conversations and answers. I think it's an incredible resource to have because this way the students have them there when they need them like when they're writing an essay. I would try to have a word wall, I would add words to the wall once we've gone over and tested them. This way the students can see how many words they've learned all year.

This is the "Elaboration Door". When students are writing essays or paragraphs they often refer back to this door when they need help on how to start their elaboration. If I were to incorporate this into my classroom, I would have this as a poster so this way if we're writing paragraphs or essays I can just grab it and put it somewhere the students can see without having to get up out of their seats.
