today we started a new topic and we are looking at visual media. I have created a mood board. This was reviewing other harlow college students media work that was uploaded to youtube. each individual video has its own personal review and has a link direct to the video.

Task 2: U5 1.2 Assess
the effectiveness of technology skills in solving an audio production

Today I looked at downloading these applications and I had a play around with them to test them and see how they operate. Some of the applications I used were dead simple to use but the others were a little bit complicated when you first start off. Garage band is a really good app and I got on with it easily. Some of the apps were dead basic and a bit boring. The editing software application was not fun to use and the features on there were very basic and boring. On each application I have some clips and snippets to show I have used them.

Task 3: U7: 1.2Assess the effectiveness of technology skills in solving an interactive media production problem.

This application is good for a particular theme idea, this app allows you to make a website of your choice. You can add a theme to it and call it what you like. You can add web links and even create your own articles. This website has the option for you to tell your audience the publishers name (you). You can put down your contact details and you can even upload photos and audio. You can create your own logo for your website swell. This is very easy to publish, you click publish and it automatically creates a web link and uploads it on to the internet. This is my mind map. Our group had a discussion on what we wanted to do and where we wanted to shoot our sets. The locations have been confirmed and our targets have been set. Might go mostly solo on this one to prove I ain't the weak link In the group. Don't have strong opinions on me I don't think so I'm going to do most of this by myself and help them in their areas where needed. Still need to plan out a few things on my exact plan. Just need to take some time to myself and think things through. I already know I'm shooting in K building and a car park up town to get a wide view of the college. Basically what I said my group agreed with and didn't have any further views. Need to re confirm what my teams plans are as I didn't get mutch information due to planning on my own set.

So below is what i have done today. I took pictures of what I wanted my project to look like visually. This comes in play with my work I will be doing tomorrow. The pictures resembles where I will be taking the shots and how long I will be taking them for. The angle of the picture will also show what way the cameras will be facing and how they will run through. This also shows you what type of shot it is. This will help decide what I do tomorrow. Tomrrow is the final shoot with dave and I will be using the professional equipment to help me do this shoot.

Today i got some feedback on my website. We asked people what they thought of it through questionnaires and focus groups. I am happy with most of the feedback as the majority of it was positive. The negative feedback has been taken into consideration and i will look at the areas where they said it can be improved. All of my feedback will be on my unit 3 work padlet.
