         <description><![CDATA[<p>In such a busy and changing environment, I think trying to engage people where they already are (e.g. embedding EDIIA topics, training, discussions) within existing groups, meetings or gatherings can help to embed the topic org-wide and across disciplines, roles, etc.! Meeting people where they already are, essentially.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>What's coming to mind for me in this category is related to the arts... I feel like different art forms often speak to someone's lived experience without a person necessarily sharing all the details about their experience. Maybe we have "open mics" where we invite the community? At lunch time would provide an opportunity for staff to engage while being at work, but after hours may be more accessible for the community to participate </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
