Today I will be talking about what has happened for the pass 3 weeks for my History Project.<br>I did the areas of defence, transport, economic connections.<br>And I will be telling you now!<br>In Singapore before 1819, the defence of Singapore was weak because of people from Siam attacked Singapore and I was sad to hear but to make sure they don't attack again, the town resisted for a month by closing gates to defend themselves. People from China which were Quanchou traders<br>came to Singapore to trade.<br>Did you know that in Singapore before 1819, People uses boats to travel around and not like modern day cars?
