John Harvard, the Pilgrim is the mascot for Harvard University and the school color is Crimson.

Harvard Medical School was founded on September 19, 1782 by John Warren. It moved from Cambridge, to Boston. With a gift from a private bequest through the Great and General Court of Massachusetts, the school became known as the Massachusetts Medical College of Harvard University.

4.00 GPA is required and MCAT scores comes in 4 different sections. Harvard, along with a handful of other schools, boasts some of the highest average MCAT scores in the country. According to their website, the average Harvard Medical School student has a combined MCAT Score of 36.16. If we convert this to the new scoring system, it is roughly a 518.

The mascot for MDC is a shark and the school colors are white, blue, and grey.

Miami Dade College opened its doors in 1960 amid the transition of desegregation and the influx of thousands of Cuban refugees. Initially, 1,428 students entered "Chicken Coop College," nicknamed for the original buildings that were transformed into classrooms. Dade County Junior College, as it was then known, was open to any county resident who had graduated from high school. The student body included the seven black students who made Dade County Junior the first integrated junior college in Florida. These students, along with the many Cuban refugees seeking to better their lives, paid a five dollar application fee, but tuition was free to all county residents.

You must have a 2.0 GPA. MDC students are encouraged to collaborate with academic advisors or testing specialists to determine which test to take and to inform students to review their skills prior to testing.

The online application for Fall 2019 admission will be available on October 8, 2018. The priority consideration deadline is January 15, 2019 and the final deadline is March 4, 2019.

The mascot for Broward College are seahawks and their color s Blue, White and Silver.

In 1957, Florida embarked on a program to create a network of two-year colleges at which Floridians could complete undergraduate education or pursue two-year technical programs leading to the workforce. When the state released its plan, Broward County was not among the highest-priority communities selected for the first wave of construction; however, by 1959, Broward County was placed at the top of the priority list and work on the Junior College of Broward County was underway.

Selection for admission is based on highest Broward College overall GPA; highest HESI scores with a minimum score of 75% for Reading comprehension and 50% for Math; completion of the Program Overview; and completion of HCP0001 and all required HSC courses.

Gregory Adam Haile is the president of Broward College.
