Writing a Conclusion for Essay Writing. Get students to weigh the different factors, either on post-it or as an online post (using the timeline format on Padlet). Draw a line with two ends; one on agree, the other on disagree. Then get students to decide where their post lies along the spectrum. Gets students to verbalise out why one post is stronger than the other.

Students enjoy it!

Sec 2 Housing Shortage. This is based on ZL's game idea of Housing Shortage. I modified it by making it a drawing exercise so that students have to think a little bit more as to why they decide to include where the facilities/ amenities should be placed at. Check out the pseudo- Boyd's town model.

Sec 1 Water Shortage Impacts
Tried out differentiating modes of assessment for different groups of students. One class had role-play and the other had poster-making. Role-play is good to get students to articulate what they have learnt in a creative manner. Can nip misconceptions in the bud too. Poster-making for those who may like to express themselves visually.

Video is too large for Padlet. So will do with a still image.
