1. What does pedagogy really mean? 

I kept in my mind what Pedagogy really means and it is actually helping children, teenagers so that´s what I literally kept in my mind.

Now, about the second question, “Am I allowed to create my own “best practices”?” I think that yes, I mean, we as teachers have the liberty to create them because we have our own unique way to teach, it may be using the same methods but we all have different personalities, different ways to teach and learn, so basically, I think that we are allowed.

What we as a group were thinking was that it has pros and cons because the online resources are necessary to have a good class, the students are interested in technology a lot and using this kind of resources definitively make the class more interesting and playful. Which elements of pedagogy are likely to be the most challenging for me as an instructor?                                            Well, personally I think that the most challenging are when we have conflictive children or teenagers, all of them have their behaviors so I personally think about that moment and also I think that according to what we said in class it is also when it is a big group and that there are some teachers that aren´t creative and the classes are boring and all that.
