The reflector is a photographers tool to balance out light and to give more light towards the subject. The way it is used is to make sure you have an angle between the sun, yourself and the subject, so the light can bounce off.

2. Do you think the reflector helped or hindered the portraits outside? Why or why not?
Yes I believe the reflector helped and hindered the portraits outside because of the extra light and glow the reflectors were giving off to the subjects.

3. What did you think of the studio lighting? Did you like the background? Why or why not?
I really enjoyed shooting in the studio. The lighting is great because it gets every side of the subject. I also loved the backgrounds because they were not too distracting and they were plain.

4. Were your favorite shots of the natural light or the studio lighting? Why?
For me it varies because I really liked some photographs taken in natural light and others in studio lighting. I like them both because each lighting gives off a different feel to it.

5. Which one was your favorite photograph of the eight? Why?
Photograph #8 was my favorite because I love the way I captured Hannah and her expressions she gives in the photograph.

6. What do you think you learned the most about portrait photography with this project? How do you think it will affect your future photos you take of people?
I learned that having direct sunlight is bad for a photograph or is not the best choice for a photograph. I think for my future portrait photographs I will purchase a reflector for an extra effect for my subjects.
