If you really knew me, you would know that I treat everyone I meet like family and I will give 110% to ensure their success. I am not someone who loves conflict. In my family, I am the problem solver that brings peaceful solutions to the table. I am learning to listen more and to be ok with conflict. In our current climate, conflict may be uncomfortable to me, but I understand that for lasting change, I need to endure the uncomfortable, listen, embrace others' truth, and work toward lasting solutions.
