It is our job as educations to create a learning environment that will help all students develop and grow to their full potential. Teachers instill confidence in their students and have high expectations for each one of their students. A child's education should both rise them up to their highest potential and to inspire them to become lifelong learners.  </div>]]></description>

An example of my plan book serves as evidence of my mastery of Standard II: Communication because I have effectively communicated and collaborated with my mentor teachers using this interactive format. My mentor and I would share information and communicate our plans for the week by using the electronic planner. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I used my Student Impact Project (SIP) as an example that demonstrates the mastery of Standard IV: Assessment for Administration and Instruction. For the SIP, I created and analyzed student data in order to create my focus group for the project. Additionally, I  collected, displayed, and analyzed pre-assessment and post-assessment data to determine the effectiveness of the math intervention. </div>]]></description>
