If you want to do some extra math practice from home -- and I strongly suggest that you do because class time is so short -- there are two great online options for you. Both of them are, of course, free.

Aztec
  • Aztec is an online GED study site that our program subscribes to, which means it's free to you. Just talk to us to get signed up. 
Khan Academy
  • Khan Academy is awesome and again, totally free. Your can sign up on your own by going to khanacademy.org and clicking on the "Start Learning Now" button. Here you'll find a massive mix of videos, practice problems, quizzes, and plus you can earn badges.

Watch this video to review the butterfly method. This method just works with addition and subtraction, but it certainly is handy.
