Social Issues :-
( Unemployed Graduates )
A graduate is a person who has successfully completed a course of study or who awarded an undergraduate or first academic degree. Nowadays, the rate of graduates with no career has become an issue in Malaysia. This causes concern when looking at the current economic situation in Malaysia. There are several factors that contribute to this problem either from the graduates themselves or employers such as graduates are too demanding on the salary and position, employers set high eligibility for each job vacancy and graduates are not serious during interviews. The first factor contributing to this issues is the graduates is to demand on the salary. In Malaysia, the salary for the beginning of employment is around RM 1,500 to RM 2,000. Based on the study, the majority 75 % of graduates asked the employer for starting salaries of RM 2,400 to RM 3,000 and above for starting. This reasonable request because the cost of living such as food, transportation, and rents in Malaysia is high. This led to a lot of job applications being rejected by employers because worker wages is a cost to them. Furthermore, graduates want the position they deserve but it does not reach the employer's qualifications. In Malaysia industry, the employer sets that graduates need to have work experience at least 1 years in order the qualification but in reality, the fresh graduates have no working experience. Moreover, the graduates are not well prepared during the interview. In other words, the graduates are not answering the question properly and not study about the employer's company background. This leads the employer's expectations is diminish on graduates. Also, there are many employers want graduates to work in multi-purpose but not all the graduates can meet these criteria. That's why education ministries want practicing a Technical and vocational education and training (TVET) learning method in Malaysia to produce graduates with the knowledge and skills that required in the world of work. Therefore, graduates must be open-minded and think positive mentally and physically ready before stepping into the work environment.
#advancedgrammarumk
#umkkampusjeli
#hawa

Based on the definition, food additives quantity used for each food production is in small quantities. The social sites that are often used by teenagers today are Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Through social sites, they can reach the desired information but there are also some teens who are too obsessed with using social sites that lead to abuse. I firmly agreed that teenagers should have a limit on using social media because their humanitarian values and morality stages are at a very low-level.

Firstly, the reason teenagers should have a limitation on using a social site is that cyber-bullying among teenagers has become an issue recently. Cyber-bullying can cause negative effects among teens especially to victims such as depression, anger, and low self-esteem that can cause them to avoid interacting with others. Next, if there is no limit on using the social networking site among teens it can cause internet addiction, teens are obsessed with what they see and read on the internet. This is a concern because every information on the internet is accessible to everyone regardless of age and will affect their mental health and even personal development.

Therefore, having a limits on using the social networking site among teenager is very important and considering this case, parent should pay attention to their children so they would know that their children still in the right way such as show good communication and Understand these effects and the risk if their teenage child using the SNS without limitation.
