Entertainment – allows the audience to participate actively, get attention (feedback, too) and grow interest though sharing of thoughts, ideas and POVs using different web tools and platforms 

Empowerment – Today, E-Learning allows anyone (regardless of background, race, status, etc.) to be given an equal opportunity to learn, to share, to be heard and to actively engage in various topics under the sun.

Experience. This is my first time to encounter or use online training. Although, it would take a lot of challenge to apply this to the courses that I am teaching.

More seating time.  You need to allot more time seated on your computer to complete the tasks needed, to submit requirements  outside of what you usually do in social media.
Self-directed learning but teacher-controlled.  Teacher as facilitator controls the time to start and end. Students sharing of thoughts is limitless.

We should be equally nimble to keep pace and advance with the changes.

Learning and adapting - Advancements in technology often seem daunting. But once we learn how to control it, it becomes as familiar to us as the back of our hands. We adapt better than we give ourselves credit for.

Moving forward while staying put - An open mind leads to an open world. For most of us, we see this as a first step to a new learning. It would help to keep in mind that the road is the same, only the signs are a bit different.

Opportunity - eLearning serves as an opportunity for non-orators. Through writing, we are able to share our unspoken thoughts. We are given several opportunities to show our talents as we are limitless when it comes to expressing ourselves. We become capable of knowing ourselves better as we can do things that we never knew we could.

Diversity - We get to know other people we have only met once before. We can be in control of how we want to be known for. Through the different responses we receive everyday, we are able to embrace others' differences. 

Responsibility - We are tasked to manage time well, resolve issues independently and go beyond our boundaries to explore new things. However, we are also entrusted to be accountable for whatever we do. Discipline, openness, and respect comes together with this.
