Light energy is energy that is carried by light or visible light. Visible light is electromagnetic radiation that the human eye is able to see. All types of these electromagnetic radiations do have energy which is why light energy is accuratly known as radiant energy. Examples of radiant energy can be the sun, the sun also provides most of the energys we have. Milk can be chemical energy, milk also comes from cows, cows eat plants and plants grow from the sun therefore that chemical energy comes from radiant energy.

Energy is an ability to do work, if an object has energy it can perform work. Work is to put in a force to change something or move something, for that reason something that has energy can put in force. Energy can could be used to continue a process or to carry out an action, energy can also interact with objects and make them move or transform. The six main types of energy are Mechanical energy, Electrical energy, Radiant energy, Chemical energy, Sound energy and Thermal energy.

The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it can change forms. When energy is transformed or transferred, the energy is conserved. This means that the entire proportion of the energy would stay the same within a system. A system includes the objects and things around the objects. An example is a Newton's Cradle, when the circular ball is at it's extreme point then releases to the other circular balls it creates an energy.

Energy Transformation is when energy changes into different types of energy. This energy can move from object to object or place to place like energy transfer but this energy changes. An example of energy transformation is when you turn on a fan it goes from electrical energy to mechanical. Another example is when you turn on a light the energy goes from electrical energy to thermal then light when this happens the wasted energy is thermal.

What do you mean energy can change?? Yes energy can change that is what energy transformation is. Some examples of energy changing is when you eat food. The food you eat can give you energy that then goes and changes into other things you do. If you ride a bike that energy goes into mechanical energy. To add on, another example is when you put gas into your car, that energy goes to chemical then mechanical and all of the other energy's that you car has like the lights and radio.
