         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bipolar and related disorders differ from mania and depression because you are professionally diagnoses as bipolar. Mania and depression are different possible symptoms that may occur within the disorder. With Bipolar I, at least one full manic episode is experienced. With Bipolar II, hypomanic and major depressive episodes are present. Cyclothymic disorder has had chronic periods with hypomania and depression. </div>]]></description>
