Explain the activity-Fake bomb, water pipe and ball throwing.
What went well? We communicated together to win the shortest time.
What would you change? It would've been a lot better if it was warmer weather. 
Communicating in team building tasks in NCS 
like the fake bomb, water pipe, and ball throwing, how to do it in quick time and how everyone can be involved by having their own part.

Explain the activity- Setting up the tent together to quick access.
What went well? We set up the tent as good as possible to keep warm
What would you change? Have less people share a tent.
Communicating at camping on how to set up the tent and our own rooms .

Explain the activity- Working on the tills at work means I have to communicate with the public.
What went well? I am always being polite and making conversations with people who bring their shopping to my tills. 
What would you change? Sometimes people do not want to talk to me so I have to try harder to make conversation.

What went well? We were a group and we had each other to get through it
What would you change? Be less stressed and not worry about the water as its once a lifetime experience but won't do it again
Resilience in NCS, abseiling, and gorge walking because it was freezing cold but stayed in the water for a few hours.

Explain the activity- Climbing on the edge with a harness
What went well? I made it to the end.
What would you change? Don't look down keep moving forward.
Resilience in via Ferrata to adapting to climbing and putting my feet on unsecured bars.

Explain the activity- English exam.
What went well? I passed
What would you change? Never have a negative mindset and don't think it is impossible.
Resilience in English because I didn't want to do it for another year but I did and passed.

What went well? Gave me the courage and motivation to talk to new people and make new acquaintances.
What would you change? Be more motivated to talk to new people more instead of isolating.

What went well? Gave me motivation to carry on walking with everyone else.
What would you change? Never walk for that long ever again.
Motivation in group walking it gave me urge to carry on since everyone else was further in front.

What went well? Gave me motivation to complete all tasks and assignments straight away.
What would you change? Put more effort and time in the work.

What went well? Reduces carbon footprint, and saves landfill like oceans. And saves money. 
What would you change? To change your reusable bottle every free years.
