That's the point why technology can and should never replace humans, especially a human teacher. Technology is smart, yes. Technology can provide us lots of knowledgeable information and data, yes. But it lacks something that only a human teacher possess. And that is, I believe, the ability to touch the learners' hearts; the ability to impart not only academic knowledge, but also life wisdom.

As what Vishal Sikka said,

“We need to embark on a human revolution. A revolution where our reality is not replaced by drones but augmented by technology to do better.”

Technology's only role in education is to assist our human educators in order to make teaching-learning processes more effective and fruitful. A teacher should never let technologies be a substitute in doing his/her part in teaching the students. Moreover, as educators, we are expected to be ICT literate so that we will be able to utilize technology and the internet in an appropriate manner.
