Echoes

1. it is possible to notice the frequent repetition of the word love – it is the key word.
2. The text is full of repetitions of negative constructions – love is not love, Oh, no! Is never shaken, unknown, love's not Time's fool, love alters not with... I never write... Let me not, no man.. Negative allows you to enhance the impression of all-consuming love, that is not afraid of treasons, that will give meaning to life. We cannot deny that these elements are indicators of strong expression and emotionality increase.
3. Synonymous repetition - love’s not Time’s fool and love alters not with brief hours and weeks. These repetitions are designed to reveal the theme of the sonnet - the author tries to prove the constancy of love.

Allitiration
1.

Here is the classical rhyme scheme abab cdcd efef gg – The Elizabethan rhyme or The English. (It means three quatrains and a couplet). It has 14 lines.

Some of the most significant themes in the Elizabethan sonnet sequences include love, time, the value of writing, and the eternalization of beauty. Romantic love is one of the central themes. It is portrayed in the sonnets that only love and poetry could withstand time. Here is an attempt by Shakespeare to persuade the reader of the indestructible qualities of true love, which never changes.

1. Sonnet 116 uses two major image networks in its definition of love. The first is based around images of stability and consistency, and the second around images of instability and changeability, and the contrast between these two networks of images creates an interesting tension in the sonnet.
2. In line three, “alteration finds” create tension because the speaker seems to suggest that love will find alteration, and only true love will not alter when it meets with it

He is wearing a grey coat with a big high collar.

He is a middle-aged man who’s not rich but successfully graduated from the University one day. The man is smart and he still believes in the existence of love but he can’t find a true one. He thinks about it a lot.

The speaker argues that love is unchanging and eternal. After defining love for the first twelve lines, the couplet at the end is a bold pronouncement by the speaker in which he tries to prove the truth of his assertions. However, despite the seemingly straightforward argument of the sonnet, the speaker’s language, and the metaphors he uses shed some doubt on his claim that love is unchanging. It was a summer night and that day was a starfall.
2. "Compass" - this word reminds me the school camp with the geography teacher. She was giving some instructuins how to use it.
3. "though rosy lips and cheeks". It is funny, because I remember the day of winter, It was cold and my family was walking at night. You know thet in Russia winters are cold. So, I remember that my cheeks were burning because of the cold weather and my lips were rosy and then were cracked because of the frost.

That’s when you realize that it doesn't always smell like strawberries and champaign, that it isn't always rational, that it holds certain opinions that make you laugh. Real love is when you enjoy them through the good times, but also when you enjoy them through the bad times.
It’s not real love unless you can see all the blemishes up close and still want to cuddle their face.
If you do not ready to do it, you don't love .
