Probably not. If you are practicing social distancing and making only occasional trips to the grocery store or pharmacy, experts say that it’s not necessary to change clothes or take a shower when you return home. You should, however, always wash your hands upon entering your home. The same advice goes for head and facial hair: If you practice social distancing and wash your hands frequently, you probably don’t need to worry.

The Gamaleya Research Institute, part of Russia’s Ministry of Health, developed a coronavirus vaccine known as Sputnik V or Gam-Covid-Vac. Gamaleya published a study in February showing the vaccine had an efficacy rate of 91.6 percent. Russia is using it in a mass vaccination campaign, and it is now being distributed in Argentina, Belarus and other countries.

Sputnik V is based on the virus’s genetic instructions for building the spike protein. But unlike the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, which store the instructions in single-stranded RNA, Sputnik V uses double-stranded DNA.
