Non-Citizen found to have voted

Earlier today, Kyler Staley, who is not a citizen is found to have voted. This case is being investigated by the Pope of Ablagag, Michael Wizeman. The law in Ablagaglia states that a non-citzen is allowed to vote, as long as the senate renders them allowed. Kyler Staley was reportedly forwarded the ballot by presidential candidate Russell Cozzins Guidice. So far, this election is fraud-free except for this case. The only people the ballot was sent directly to was a select group of 31 students, those who it was sent to and/or who voted last election. This case will likely result in this vote being void. Another case of possible fraud, Neil Kangas's vote is also being investigated. Kangas's presidential vote was determined void last election, however this case is likely to end in no or little punishment.

This afternoon, both Kyler Staley and Grace Davis's votes were rebuked. Kyler Staley's vote was reportedly rebuked because he is not a citizen. Grace Davis is also not an official citizen, but is normally allowed to vote. However, this time her vote was Rebuked because she did not have enough information on the candidates, swaying her vote. Neil Kangas's vote was also tried for bribery, but failed. Meriah Pulver's votes were also tried at one point, but failed rebuking.

Confusion beginning to arise

With the Minister of Defense race so close, (tied 6-6 in votes) many are scratching their heads on what will happen if a tie occurs. There is not that much knowledge on this case at the moment, but it is likely that those who did not vote for the two frontrunners (Rory Whisenhunt of the Labor Party and Jacob Allenbaugh of the Unity Party) will revote for one of these two candidates, a bill proposed by current Minister of State and Minister of State-elect Corban Harsha.

Labor Landslide?

If you don't already know, many Labor Party Canidates use the phrase, "Labor Landslide" to motivate their voters. This election cycle, all odds are pointing towards a Labor Landslide, with Michael Wizeman expected to win the Presidential election, and many people are betting on Rory Whisenhunt to win the Minister of Defense race.

Owen Troyer, of course, has already won the Minister of Justice race, adding a gaurentied position for the Labor Party.

The only race that the Labor Party has seemed to come up short on is the Minister of State race, with Corban Harsha leading in the polls by a significant margin.

The Break is almost over, and the Ablagaglian Gaurdian is getting ready for the end of the election, and getting thrust back into everyday politics.

Out of surprise, another vote has been tallied. Ollie Newman casted her vote earlier today, bringing the presidential race to a tie at 8-8. As there is no third-party candidates in this race, another tiebreaker may have to ensue. The Minister of Justice race stays deadlocked at 6-6 (with trailing candidates at 2 and 2 respectably.) Also in headlines, GRACE DAVIS ABLE TO VOTE. The punishment appointed by current Minister of Justice Owen Troyer made Grace Davis read several articles to inform her on the main politics in Ablagag, as her last voted was greatly uninformed. She has not voted yet. The election ends tomorrow, but many uncertainties lie ahead.

Some of these main topics include Owen Troyer becoming impeached, with Jacob Allenbaugh from the LABOR PARTY (he used to be Untiy) replacing him. The Minister of State position remains in Corban Harsha's grasp, running in the Unity Party. A second ballot will be sent out to 4 citizens in the Minister of Defense, who did not vote for the tied race between Rory Whisenhunt and Jacob Allenbaugh. Earlier yesterday, Wyatt Mercer got denied a spot on the runoff ballot, despite being a more popular candidate to face the expected leading candidate, Rory Whisenhunt. Wyatt was removed at 4 votes counted, gaining half of them in the first minutes. When Wyatt Mercer voted himself, his name was already removed. Some speculate that the Labor Party put only Neil Kangas on the ballot, to make Rory Whisenhunt of the Labor Party look the better candidate, but these speculations are not confirmed.

Pope of Ablagag and Election Oversight Committee claim historic amounts of 'fraud' voters

The Pope of Ablagag has eliminated many Unity Party voters and some Labor Party voters for 'fraud' votes. Many are annoyed or angry at these decisions, including presidential candidate Russell Cozzens Guidice. Another Unity Party candidate, Corban Harsha, says that "There might be some fraud in this election, but some of the same cases were reported in previous elections, which favored the Federalist and Labor parties. Those were not always eliminated. ANY fraud she be eliminated, like voting after the election. I will work to make voting have standarized rules to fix these cases." Meanwhile on the Labor Party side, Michael Wizeman works to inform any votes that are misinformed or non-citizens. Both Harsha and Wizeman are part of the election oversight committee, and will work to make this election fraud free.

After a close fought race between Russell Cozzens Guidice of the Unity Party and Michael Wizeman of the Labor Party, Wizeman wins. This race was well fought, had to be recounted, and ended at an 11-10 tally. Here is Cozzens Guidice's conceding message: "Well folks, after almost three weeks of waiting, we got our results today.

I have lost the Presidential election by one vote. I honestly was considering not accepting these results because of the sheer closeness of the election, but I now realize I cannot do that.

Today is January 6th. The four year anniversary of a President not accepting the results of an election, and leading to violence. In honor of the five people who died protecting democracy, I concede.

I congratulate Michael Wizeman and I am sure he will be a good President. I also congratulate everyone who won in their respective elections.

Corban Harsha gets ready to push many constitutional amendments through

Corban Harsha has been a main supporter of a new "voting constitution". He hopes that this new constitution will fix any close races, and fix any confusion about voting, which proved to be common this election. Harsha also supports having a standardized senate, not just a senate of who shows up. He believes 7 members in a senate is the perfect number to push the development of Ablagag. One of the things he is planning to add is giving a senate vote to all Minister's and the President. His other main policy to get the other three Senate members added is giving the president a vote of two additional Senate members, (to add to their "cabinet") and the Minister of State one additional senate member. "This will prove good to pass new laws" he says.

Wyatt Mercer appointed Minister of Defense

After a blowout win by Rory Whisenhunt, he refused to show up to the Senate meeting today. Also an attack from a new nation formed by Mason Seely (correct spelling unknown at the moment.) showed many that Whisenhunt might not be fit for this position. Wyatt Mercer, an Independent, took over his position, showing brave acts from the assassination attempts and attacks this afternoon. Whisenhunt remains in the Senate.

Yesterday, Emmett Manning talked to correspndent Corban Harsha and said "I'm surprised that none of the news organizations have picked up that Servus Omnium is a terrorist orgainization." (exact wording unknown) Corban Harsha then reportedly asked "is it?" Reports before this have repeatedly said that it wasn't, and it was something more of a following, not a cult or teorrist organization. Emmett Manning then said "um..... no..." (exact quote) then smiled. Reports on whether Servus Omnuim is a cult-like organization are unknown.

Earlier today, Owen Troyer announced the formation of the "Corban Party". Not much is known on this case, but it is likely that Owen Troyer is getting serious about Ablagaglian Politics. Corban Harsha is unlikely to join.

After winning the two most powerful positions, Wizeman and Harsha are pushing for the future in Ablagaglia. Here are their main agendas...

Corban Harsha's agenda: Pushing to make a "voting constitution" (see in earlier posts) and is proposing a new government plan to the Senate. This plan includes a president and 5 senators, one of which is a Minister of Senate, but further details are currently not being shared to the public. He hopes this plan will "...push for more representation in Ablagag. I want to put more power in the hands of the people with this plan." He hopes this can come into effect in one of the following two elections. This document is on paper, so it cannot be shared on this post.

Michael Wizeman's agenda: Wizeman is pushing to create a national currency. As a former Minister of Finance (position was replaced with Minister of Defense) he says I will do everything within my power to create a standardized monetary Unity available to the people and create a national Treasury to secure our funds." Many separate types of currency have been presented, but above all of those there are three popular ones including: Shreckos, National Debt, and Dolla Dolla bills.

Kangas causes chaos

Neil Kangas started an attempted coup earlier this week when offering a cookie, which nearly made Corban Harsha president. He also has started a campaign for joining the Senate, but only recieived 4/7 of the Senate vote, and got vetoed by President Wizeman. Then, just today, he said "Im joining labor." No Labor party members have commented on this, including new member Russell Cozzens Guidice, but it seems to be a hoax created by Kangas, showing once again, "Kangas causes chaos".

Ballot to be sent out Tomorrow?

With the three week break over on Thursday, the ballot is likely to be sent out just tomorrow, just like any other Super Thursday. Candidates and Parties have been sent back, and it's unlikely for the same major parties to arise, but is still possible. Corban Harsha has announced his candidacy, but says he "...would much prefer a different government system. Something like a president (head of the Senate) and 4 senators would be much more likeable to some. It would also make voting less confusing.) That idea is unlikely to happen.
