living in north Idaho I love how the weather changes from summer to fall. but my favorite time of the year is winter when its Christmas and its not so hot. it helps with my mental and physical health and makes me a better person over all.

something about living in north Idaho it gets so hot when it's spring or summer and makes it unbearable to go outside. even tho I like that I'm out of school and I can go swimming it just makes it hard to have fun without an ac. even tho I'm used to the heat because I lived in Tennessee i still don't like it.

For social environment, friends are the first thing to come to mind. I would say I'm a better person when it comes to hanging out with my friends they make me have fun and smile. and help with my mental health.

I love the internet it keeps me in the loop and can help me in many ways. calling my friends going on tiktok studying. it helps me by just being able to have fun and not just having to go outside.

even though technology helps me it can also be one of the worse things. sometimes I get to sucked up on my phone and that's all I do I just sit and watch tiktok and I hate doing that so even though I love it sometimes it consumes me.

Another thing about my lifestyle is that sometimes I don't want to do anything at all. sometimes I get lazy and that affects my mental health and makes me not want to do anything and I like being productive so its something I want to improve on.
