What does Professionalism look like? IT professionals should look their best, or at least presentable, in the workplace. You don't necessarily need to wear a suit like this anonymous man here, but you should always strive to be presentable, clean, and business casual at a minimum (depending on your workplace).

What does Professionalism sound like? IT professionals should sound confident with what they are delivering to their audience. This includes their tone, along with how they are clearly and politely communicating with others. Professionalism also portrays itself in writing, like emails and projects.

What does Professionalism 'Feel Like'? Professionalism feels like a firm handshake. A good hand handshake can solidify an entire conversation, leading into a confident topic where you or the other person can lead without fault. However, on the other side spectrum, a bad handshake can lead you into a downward spiral of losing that confidence and showing your partner the you lack that confidence. Remember that there are two types of handshakes; One that gets you the job or deal, and one that loses it.

What does Professionalism smell like? You need to be hygienic in the workplace at ALL times, so wear deodorant and brush your teeth. Please shower. Please. Keep your workplace and work area clean as well, don't leave your food waste lying around. Be considerate to yourself and your coworkers. And again, you have to shower. Body wash, hair care, the works.
