Use the guiding questions to help you write a CEJ that explains how some cameras can capture images in the dark. Claim: How are some cameras able to capture images in the dark? Evidence: Cite evidence from the video or your own knowledge that supports your claim. Justification: In 1–2 sentences, explain how your evidence supports your claim.

Cameras can capture images in the dark by detecting heat and converting it into an image. An example of this is when someone uses a heat camera, there's colors that correspond with the heat, and no matter what the lighting of the environment is you can see the image due to the heat. You can see the heat is converted into colors, and that makes us able to see images that were captured in the dark. In summary, cameras can capture images in the dark because it detects heat and converts it into color.

The Cameras use thermal energy to capture the motion in the camera I know this because when I go hunting we use this camera to find animals and the motion sensor and senses the heat and it captures it on video. The video captures the animal in the video because it had sensed it and the red stuff on the wolf is the thermal energy.

Some cameras work in the dark by using sensors to pick up more light. In the video a thermal camera picks up heat from a animal and it shows a Night vision camera seeing a animal in the dark. The evidence shows that the cameras use special sensors to pick up heat or very little light and boosting it to make the image visible.

The cameras are able to capture images in the dark by using infrared waves to capture thermal energy in someones or somethings body. This is because in the video it shows that the thermal energy of the wolf was being captured on the camera making them visible to the eye when exposed through the specialized camera. This evidence supports my claim by explaining how the cameras use infrared waves to show different signals from the wolves heat energy.

Some cameras are able to work in the dark using thermal imaging. Each animal produces body temperature, and this can be shown by the camera using warm colors on animals. Using this, the camera captures motion with the body heat that animals produce.
