Jeannine was just three when she was being hunted down but a brave woman took her into her home and raised her as her own.Jeannine was raised in a time of pain on earth,where the God you respected determined if you lived or not.Her father had taken her on a streetcar and  she didn't know that, that would be the last time she would see her father.Her father had dropped her off with a well known friend who wasn't a member of the Jewish community.Her whole family was torn apart because of these hate acts. This just made me feel very dejected because growing up not knowing what love was is just so heartbreaking , because a child is supposed to be loved and to neglect someone like that it's just disturbing.
