This week for Let Grow, I decided to feed my dog. I fed my dog because she was whining in the kitchen and usually when she does that she is hungry. First, I put the dry food in her bowl. Second, I put the wet food in the bowl. I felt good because my dog was happy and that makes me happy. as you can see feeding my dog made me feel great.

This week, my Let Grow experience was making wantons for my Sister's Birthday. This experience made me feel responsible because I can make my own food. First, I took pork or cream cheese and put it in a wanton wrapper. The cream cheese had chives in it! Yum. Then, I took egg, and a food brush, and I brushed the ends and closed them. Then, we fried them. They tasted like they were right out of the kitchen at a Chinese Food place. In conclusion, this Let Grow experience was fun.

This week, for Let Grow I went ice skating.This experience made me feel free because my mom was not able to keep reminding me to be careful while I was on the ice. When ever we do activities like ice skating my mom is always on top of us. Furthermore, I loved it because It was a rare fun experience. I have knee problems so I haven't been ice skating since I was about 7. In conclusion, I really enjoyed being able to ice skate again.

This week my Let grow experience was I went to Port Jefforson ( was born there). This experience made me feel happy and exiting, because I went out to eat and eat Ice cream with my family. First, I go there every 2 weeks in a month . Further more, it takes about an 1 hour or so to get there. Finally, we never get old of eating here its a very special place in my heart. To conclude, I ate and went home and i ended my day at Port Jeff. <3

For Let Grow I reheated/made my dinner because I am picky and I don't eat what my mom makes and she lets me make cereal or reheat my dinner. Another reason I reheated my dinner is I don't know how to actually cook my own dinner even if I wanted to and if I could I would probably make chicken or pizza or something along those lines. So basically I reheated pasta because i don't know how to cook

This week, for my Let Grow experience was ordering food at a restaurant. This experience made me feel mature because instead of having someone else order for me I did it for my self. First, my two uncles and I went to a restaurant called Golden Star. It was my uncle Joe and uncle Frank. Next, when I was ordering my food it was nerve racking, yet it was rewarding. I ordered wonton soup and sesame chicken, it was delicious. To conclude, for my Let Grow experience I ordered food for myself.

This week, my Let Grow experience was making cookies. This experience made me feel proud because my mom has been stressed about work and I wanted to surprise her with cookies in the morning. To begin, I wanted cookies for my lunch. I made cookies so i can have a great lunch the next day. Furthermore, my mom was very stressed that night with everything going on at work. One of her workers quit and she now has no one to do her things for her customers. In conclusion, I made cookies for a great lunch the next school day and to surprise my mom.

This week, my Let Grow experience was amazing because I went to the mall with some cousins. To start, I called some of my aunts asking them if I could go to the mall with some of of my cousins. My aunts said yes of course, I got ready and they picked me up. Furthermore, we got at the mall and me and one of my cousins that was a girl we went crazy at Footlocker,Pink,Holiester etc. However, me and my cousin met up with the other two boys at the food court we got some ice cream but, my cousin he said "We should go to Air" and so we did. It was really funny because we all kept on falling while doing front and back flips. In conclusion, I had a very fun experience being with my crazy cousins and I felt like our bond got bigger.

This week for my Let Grow I shopped at the Dollar Tree . This was fun because I got to shop for stuff I don't usually get to shop for by myself . I feel happy about Let Grow because I shopped for a secret Santa . I think the person I got for let grow is going to be happy . As you can see this is what I did for let grow.

This week, my Let Grow experience was ordering food alone. This experience made me feel anxious because I don't really like to talk to people that I don't know. I also wanted to make sure I got everything right when I ordered. At one point, I felt happy with myself because I finally ordered something by myself without showing how nervous I was. I also liked that I ordered food by myself because I am now getting older and I need to have more responsibility at my age.

This week, my Let Grow experience was that my dad and I have been working on a project to recuse two miniature horses from slaughter. This experience made me feel overwhelmed with joy because I know that I would be saving two precious lives. At first, my dad and had to do a lot of research to make sure that we could do it. It is a lot on work to but I am up for the job. Next, I we had to start building the paddocks and stalls in the back yard. This two miniature horses need to be kept together. Finally, this two miniature are a mom and baby I we don't know their names or their history. We do know that we want to save them. In conclusion, for my Let Grow project these is what my dad and i are doing.

First, I put my dry ingredients in one bowl and my wet ingredients in another one and then I added them and started mixing them. Next, I put them in a big baking pan then I put it in the oven for about 25 mins. Finally, My brownies and I took a bite YUM!Lat but not least, I loved this let grow experience.

The first thing I did was preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While it was preheating, my sister and I put tablespoons of cookie dough on the baking sheet. I then put them in the oven for 12 minutes. Once they were done, I let them cool down and tried them. They tasted delicious. In conclusion, this was my Let Grow experience.

This week my Let Grow experience was making brownies. This experience made me feel accomplished because every time I bake I get better at it. Firstly, I had to get all my supplies together. next, I got all my ingridents and mixed them together. After that, I poured the mix into the pan. Lastly I put it in the oven. This week for the Let Grow project I chose to play paint ball I chose to do this because I had never done that before. I went to High Velocity paintball with my brother Thomas and my cousin Joey. We were on the green team it was a last team standing match we lost and I got shot six times. The experience was really fun and being shot with a ball of paint surprisingly hurt but I learned from this experience that its better to lose and have fun than win and not have fun.
