Some of which will help kids obtain education in those fields but the kids don’t know how to take advantage of the opportunity or who to talk to. What classes would be best to help them get there?

There is way too much time spent going over the same concepts in Academics without showing why, and how of learning these things, how do these apply in the real world, and if they don't get rid of them. Having hands on experience at a young age helps students to focus one way or another, and exposure in a field through, shadowing, or internships is invaluable. Give them a reason to wan't to learn. We have got to break down old barriers and look outside the box.
