- Help your teachers and classmates (Ex: help your teaches tidy up the class room. You could also help your classmates with assignments but don’t tell them the  answers!) 

- Care for others emotion (Ex: Make sure that your friends and classmates are okay by the meaning of this I am telling that to see if they are sad, depressed and etc. If they are having a hard time then support them cause you will never know what they might be going through!)

- Cooperation! (Ex: Did you ever worked in a group? If you did you might have experienced a lot of things, such as not agreeing with your group members. Well to be a great fourth grader you need to be a great group member too, by this I am saying that you need to be fair to your group members. For example switching roles every now and then.
