Each Friday, my Morning Leaders pull one SHINE ticket. At the end of the month, I have lunch with students whose SHINE ticket got pulled.  My Morning Leaders count the SHINE tickets, tally them on a chart that hangs in the classroom, and the Friday winner takes the bucket to the office and dumps them in the fish tank
