It shows someone pushing over dominos, not realizing the last domino is going to fall on top of him. This shows how Don Cesareo had no hesitation in pushing the man, but didn't realize he would have consequences later. My second picture is saying karma sees it all. Meaning Don Cesareo would have karma in the future. My third picture shows truth or consequences, you can chose to tell the truth or bare the consequences. My next picture says what goes around comes around, which I thought fit perfectly because the same thing that Don Cesareo did to the beggar, happened to him. Don Cesareo also most likely felt guilty for doing this.
