The research was conducted when I was studying towards Trinity College TESOL Diploma in 2013. It highlights several key areas that hinders the full potential of team-teaching in Japanese public schools English lessons. From April of 2016, I collaborated with my friend in New Zealand giving students freedom to create posters or videos that introduces culture by using English as the medium of communication. My students are ESL students, therefore the benefits are extraordinary. Below is the latest material my students received on lunches in New Zealand elementary schools.
