We will agree on the same things and there would be no discussion/arguments in our society. People disagreed with Hitler. If everyone had the same personality/traits as Hitler, that would lead to the destruction of the entire civil race! I disagree with everyone having the same  personality/traits. I would stand up to the president and tell him to make laws that make people to have different traits. If you were trying to figure out something in a group, and if nobody had an answer then there would be no possible way to figure it out. There are many other situations where this would happen because everybody would have the same personality, same looks, same feelings, and same thoughts.
