Having 5 Samoan Bilingual classes is one of the visible evidence for cultural responsive teaching / programme in the school. “Teaching in a culturally responsive way involves power sharing—tuakana teina in action.” 
Teachers are accountable for incorporating Maori culture and language in their daily programme as well. The Senior management team ensures that these programmes are well planned, culturally related and reflected on regularly.
