In my today's sessions I would prefer Making Posters, 4 Corners and Gallery Walk activities.
*Making Posters: I think discovering new ideas, sharing our ideas and having active role with our group members will be really useful and also will be fun for members.
As a facilitator I would give clear instructions, and have role as a supporter for the whole process like our facilitators.
4 corners: To me, with having a chance to share our ideas individually in our groups is creative. As being a part of our groups but commenting and discovering the answer individually will be fun in our PDC meeting. Everyone will have an active role with their own ideas so it will be a motivation for them. And as facilitator my role would be who read instructions clearly, maybe for fun I would read some instructions loudly and some of them quietly. Always ready for supporting all groups.
*Gallery Walk: With this activity we can evaluate our teaching process in our classrooms it's like a mirror for us. So I think it is important to using it in our PDC meetings. With sharing, discussing with different groups members will be really useful for discovering new ideas and techniques.
As a facilitator my role would be who read instructions clearly and I would observe and support the whole process..

Thanks :)

**I think we can use Engage and Share stage with the activity preparing lesson plan poster.
Because we made a poster as a group and share ideas and exchange our ideas together. So yes, it's appropriate.

**I would use some today activities with doing some changes. For example with the activity Talking Circles I would change the questions and add every question an action word for example if you choose A question you should answer and then jump 5 times...

Thanks :)

I think as a facilitator for session Spelling I would focused on carefully for all stage about what should I do. For example with the first step our facilitator made a colorful chart about Spelling and then gave a chance to think about its definition and share, discuss our ideas as groups and also individually.
So as a facilitator I need to know how to handle the process. For example for that activity I need colorful cards and learn how to use it, asking questions, give clues, encourage them think individually and also as a group with controlling that process.
But if I explain it as a whole process I should set the correct time for each activity.
Especially I need to give clear and easy instructions to participants and also check their understanding with the charts 'What will you do' 'with who' 'how long'. Because I think that's one of the most important parts.
So I also need to prepare that questions chart.
I need to know the steps clearly. And need to prepare the group activities, my questions, and prepare my all stuffs already.
In short, I would need prepare my all materials firstly.
Planing the time , know group dividing, knowing what I ask and share with participants which materials can be used during the stage; prepare what I need for example papers, glues, colorful pens..
Prepare class environment; computer, connection, place, enough space for activities..
Also as a facilitator I would need to have an active role for participants. Support them when they need help, set a confident environment, for whole process I should encourage them to share, discuss their ideas.. Also being observer for group activities, for giving them feedbacks and help them to find or discover new ideas.

**It would be especially in the stage of reflect and evaluate.
Because in this stage we understand the objective and have an active role with discovering and creating new versions of what we made. For example in the last step we did a game for our lesson plans according to the facilitator's letter game activity(listen, find the correct letter and colour)
We made some changes according to our objectives and create it again. So I think It should be Reflect and Evaluate.

Thanks :)

*I think 'Rules, Responsibilities, Routines' and techniques, instructions, activities for classroom management will be useful topics.
Because I think these topics are really important. Like all teachers, teachers in my area may have a trouble with the classroom management so discussing these topics and sharing our ideas will be helpful for us.Thanks to review, share, discuss our ideas about these topics we can discover new creative ideas. It will be helpful, they can apply new ideas for their classes.
In addition, as we did in our today session the questions about the classroom management also will be useful. 'If children don't listen when teacher gives instructions..
' If children make too noise during activity.. with like these questions we can find more solutions for classroom management.

*Giving clear instructions, knowing time management, using activities, techniques(settle, stir, brain breaks, group activities, telephone whispers, invisible ball)
Knowing when set the Rules(which rules, having contract, clear rules) , which Responsibilities should be given, which Routines can be done will be really useful for my own classes. Because in my own classes I think the activities we learnt today will be helpful for me. Knowing the correct time for activities, grabbing class interest/getting their attention, giving clear instructions, knowing level of students will be useful.
And I think I can do some same things with the activities we did today especially for when class is out of control, or energetic for irrelevant topics I can use 'Settle ' and also in vice versa situations I can use 'stir'.So I find them useful for my classes because I think these are positive ways of classroom management.
Thanks :)

I think in my PDC meeting firstly I would use an activity like we did today. But firstly I would ask a question like a brainstorming for Formative Assessment. And then Spelling Shark will be a good idea but I can change it as do it more complicated like 'ideas for formative assessment' so we can discuss about it. But also the 'KWL Chart' will be really useful. I can also make a chart about these questions and make a group activity with having a posters. And then I would use 'onion circle' with just asking 'What do you know' 'what do you want to learn' they would do that with taking notes and changing the questions by turn to each other.
And then we would discuss about the ideas and we would compare our ideas with PowerPoint presentation about what's formative assessment is.
For the next part Engage and share; I would use 'Running Dictation' with dividing formative assessment to the parts with questions how often use it, how, when, what, which techniques. After that they would discuss this with their groups and if these are useful, suitable for their own classes or not. So then all groups would rotate the questions with each other to see and discuss different ideas and understand more.
For the reflect and evaluate part I would say they can make a PowerPoint presentation or make posters about a formative assessment and choose a unit from the course book. And they can choose the techniques which we talked about it and which are we found useful. So they can prepare a formative assessment with their own experiences.
And I think I would use this for both types of participants who have experience and who don't have experience because I think there will be both types of them and they can discover together and learn the new techniques or also the techniques they already know. So I think it's suitable.
** I think I would need stationary materials(papers, colorful pens.. ) smart board/PowerPoint, a suitable classroom.

Thanks :)
