The one that brings meaningful tasks which make sense to the students.  It's "hands on". The students play the main role, interacting by means of pair work and small group work, among others.
Task Based Learning builds students self confidence and helps them  develop their critical thinking skills.  A good example of task on a Task Based Learning is Role Play where the students are responsible for choosing the appropriate language in a real situation.

To achieve this, students need to practice, make mistakes, be corrected, and repeat. Performing a task is a good way to learn how to use language in a situation that is likely to actually take place.

It’s important to mention that task-based lesson has a clear purpose: learners should know the outcome they are expected to produce when they finish performing the task.
